Ms. Bell

Welcome to Ms. Bell’s Homepage! I recently moved back to New Jersey after living in San Diego, CA for 2 years. I graduated Fairfield University in Connecticut in 2004 with a major in Sociology and minor in Education and History. I then decided to move all they way across country to beautiful, sunny California. I graduated from the University of San Diego this past May with my Master’s Degree in Special Education. Last year I taught at Cajon Valley Middle School in El Cajon, CA.

I am very excited to be back in New Jersey and teaching at Mendham High School. This year I am a collaborative with Mr. Goffredo in freshman academic Algebra I. I am also with Mr. Santucci 2 periods for freshman academic World History and with Mr. Church for freshman advanced World History.

I am a huge sports fan. I love the Yankees, Giants, and while in San Diego became a fan of the Chargers.

“All your life you are told the things you cannot do. All your life they will say you’re  not good enough or strong enough or talented enough; they will say you’re the wrong height or the wrong weight or the wrong type to be this or to play that or achieve this. THEY WILL TELL YOU NO, a thousand times no, until all the no’s become meaningless. All your life they will tell you no quite firmly and very quicklyy. AND YOU WILL TELL THEM YES.”

~Nike Ad

“Our lives are not determined by what happens to us but by how we react to what happens, not by what life brings to us, but by the attitude we bring to life. A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events, and outcomes. It is a catalyst, a spark that creates extraordinary results.”

“What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?”

“Believe in yourself and all that you are. Know that there is something inside you that is greater than any obstacle”

~Christian D. Larson

“I can accept failure, but I can not accept not trying”
