About Me:
This is currently my fifth year here at Mendham high school. This year I am teaching 3 sections of Anatomy & Physiology and 1 section of Academic biology (See schedule below).
I am a 2000 Cook College, Rutgers University graduate (Go Scarlet Knights!) where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. I just recently completed my Master’s of Education with a concentration on Instruction, Assessment and Curriculum.
Prior to teaching, I worked at the Stephens Fitness Center at Princeton University for the now Assistant Director of Campus Recreation/Fitness, Matt Brzycki. During my time at Princeton, I received my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.) certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
I am also now a published author; having contributed to the “Get Fit New Jersey” publication, sponsored by the State of New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services.
Schedule:
***I am available for extra help after school on Tuesdays.
***I have lobby duty on Wednesday mornings from 6:45-7:30 AM as well, If you need extra help, just let me know ahead of time and I can make myself available .
