Humanities: Bartley Academy

Bartley Academy is a program that provides alternative means of awarding credits and utilizes an Individual Program Plan (IPP) as its basis. The Bartley Academy recognizes and acts upon the fact that one approach to learning within one system of education does not work for all students.

This program provides its students with non-traditional educational opportunities that are more appropriate to their specific needs and conducive to their individual learning styles than those that are provided in the traditional high school.

Credits: Credits are earned on the actual amount of time in the program. Students may earn up to ten credits annually.

*Note Prerequisite: Program application/acceptance process.

Achievement is indicated by letter grades.
